About the Role – As the Educational Leader , you will play a key role in shaping the service’s educational direction and practice, including: Designing and leading the implementation of an engaging, play-based educational program aligned with My Time, Our Place (MTOP) Mentoring and coaching educators to enhance their practice, reflective thinking, and programming skills Fostering a culture of continuous improvement by embedding critical reflection and best practice into daily routines Supporting the team to ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), including NQS and EYLF/MTOP Collaborating with children, families, and the wider community to ensure the program is inclusive and child-centred Maintaining thorough documentation of the educational program and linking learning outcomes to activities Leading team discussions around planning, documentation, and observations Contributing to Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) development and review processes About You Previous experience working with children in Early Years or OSHC A relevant qualification preferred but not required – ECT qualification highly desirable Current Working With Children Check Sound knowledge of MTOP, NQF, and child development principles Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills Most importantly, a genuine passion for working with children and making a difference in their daily lives MUST be a Permanent Resident or Citizen Who Are We?
